PHOTOS YOU UPLOAD

Photos uploaded to generate your custom artwork are used solely to create your preview, produce your order, and provide related customer support. We do not use your uploaded photos for marketing, advertising, or share them with anyone outside of fulfilling your order, unless you separately give us permission to do so (for example, if we ask to feature your finished canvas and you agree). HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your personal information with the following categories of third parties to operate our business:

Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which hosts our Site and processes transactions
Payment processors — to securely process your payment
AnywherePOD / Printify — our print-on-demand fulfillment partners, who receive your uploaded photo, approved artwork, and shipping address in order to produce and ship your canvas
Klaviyo — our email marketing platform, used to send order updates and (if you've opted in) marketing emails
Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — used to understand how visitors use our Site so we can improve it

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale of assets.

We use cookies and similar technologies (including through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) to operate our Site, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors interact with our Site — for example, which products or pages generate the most interest.
